Imagine a community where every person ages with compassion, dignity, and hope. Duet: Partners In Health & Aging, offers life altering care for family caregivers and aging adults, while it's sister organization "Meaning and Hope Institute" offers support for caregivers attending to those dealing specifically with Dementia.
Duet and Meaning & Hope offer rich resources to those suffering with dementia. This inspiration was at the root of our choices for developing overlapping shapes with no recognizable pattern throughout the site. These shapes are a subtle portrayal of the ambiguity of dementia and demonstrates the overlapping lives of the family caregivers who selflessly lose themselves while providing care for an affected family member.
Duet is the parent company and therefore the goal was for both sites to look similar while maintaining their own identity.
We developed a one-of-a-kind map for Volunteers to connect with aging adults in their community, listing their unique needs while safeguarding their privacy. This tool fosters personal connections, with 1-click signup links for Volunteers, making it a powerful recruitment tool for the organization.
